ESGold Corp Expands Montauban Project Through Strategic Acquisition

ESGold Corp has finalized agreements to acquire 44 mineral claims, expanding its Montauban land holdings in Québec by approximately 2,448 hectares. This acquisition strengthens ESGold's position in the historically mineralized polymetallic corridor near Lac Viking, Lac Lanctôt, and Lac Charlie. Historical exploration in these areas identified gold, silver, copper, and zinc mineralization.

The strategic expansion allows ESGold to evaluate and integrate regional geological data into a comprehensive 3D model. This effort aims to identify potential extensions of known mineralized trends and assess new targets for exploration. The company is acquiring the claims for $70,000 in cash and 600,000 common shares, with no retained royalty and subject to regulatory approvals.
