Landmark general meeting for Espace Real Estate
At the Annual General Meeting of Espace Real Estate Holding AG on April 30, 2025, in Solothurn, all proposals from the Board of Directors were approved. The meeting celebrated the company's 25th anniversary with insights into its past and future history.
Shareholders voted for a higher dividend of CHF 6.25 per share, tax-free for Swiss residents, compared to CHF 6.00 the previous year. In addition, Chairman Dr. Andreas Hauswirth and the other members were re-elected for a one-year term.
