Christophe Bavière Appointed CEO of Eurazeo
The Supervisory Board of Eurazeo has appointed Christophe Bavière as the sole Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO, effective immediately. This decision, recommended by the Compensation, Appointment, and Governance Committee, comes ahead of the current mandates' expiration on February 5, 2027.
Under the leadership of the current Executive Board, Eurazeo has undergone significant transformation over the past four years. The company has become a leading asset manager in Europe, with a 30% increase in third-party assets under management. International fundraising now constitutes 70%, and the FRE margin rose from 30.7% in 2022 to 36% in 2025.
The Supervisory Board aims to strengthen Eurazeo's position in a rapidly evolving market, anticipating the composition of a new Executive Board under Bavière's leadership. Jean-Charles Decaux, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, lauded the existing board's accomplishments and expressed confidence in Bavière's capacity to guide Eurazeo.
