Eurazeo Finalizes Acquisition of Netco Group
Eurazeo has finalized its majority investment in Netco Group, a leading European provider of maintenance services for conveyor systems. The transaction, previously announced in April 2026, has now received all necessary regulatory approvals. This acquisition sees Eurazeo collaborating closely with Netco's founders, who have also reinvested significantly.
Since the announcement, Netco has pursued its growth strategy, making three strategic acquisitions. It acquired MLT in France, Maferdi in Portugal, and Arcabelt in Italy to expand its conveyor value chain capabilities and strengthen its presence in Europe.
The deal aligns with the strategic roadmap established by Eurazeo and Netco, aiming to bolster Netco's market offerings and European footprint.
