Eurazeo has successfully invested in OMMAX, a rapidly expanding digital strategy consultancy in Europe. Based in Germany, OMMAX also operates in the UK and Italy, serving clients across the continent. This investment highlights Eurazeo's commitment to supporting fast-growing European mid-market leaders as they expand internationally. The move marks Eurazeo Elevate's fourth overseas investment and its first in Germany.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Munich, OMMAX specializes in designing and executing digital strategies. It employs over 300 consultants who work with private equity investors, mid-sized businesses, and large corporates.
