Eurazeo has disclosed the number of shares and voting rights as of May 31, 2025. The company has issued a total of 73,085,760 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights stands at 105,739,405, which includes treasury shares. Of these, 102,657,582 are exercisable voting rights.
