Eurazeo to Sell Stake in Cognigy to NICE Ltd
Eurazeo has announced an agreement to sell its stake in Cognigy, a global leader in conversational AI, to NICE Ltd., a company specializing in AI-driven customer solutions. Cognigy is valued at approximately $955 million in this transaction.
The acquisition will merge Cognigy’s AI capabilities with NICE’s CXone Mpower platform, enhancing their AI-first CX platform. This will enable enterprises to implement dynamic conversational AI agents across multiple operations, optimizing customer interactions and service delivery.
Eurazeo initially invested in Cognigy through a $100 million Series C round in 2024, supporting its growth and market strategy. This sale underscores Eurazeo’s focus on fostering AI-driven innovations and scaling European tech companies globally.
