EUROAPI Divests Haverhill Site to Particle Dynamics
EUROAPI has announced the sale of its Haverhill manufacturing site to Particle Dynamics. This move is part of the FOCUS-27 transformation plan to optimize EUROAPI's industrial footprint. The transaction includes the sale of EUROAPI UK Ltd and is expected to have a limited impact on the company's H1 2025 financials.
David Seignolle, CEO of EUROAPI, emphasized that this divestment enhances the firm's strategic focus. Particle Dynamics, under CEO Nicolas Fortin, plans to invest in the Haverhill site to expand its capabilities and service offerings. In 2024, the Haverhill site generated about 35 million euros in net sales. The specifics of the financial terms remain undisclosed.
This sale reflects Euroapi's strategy to streamline its operations while Particle Dynamics aims to bolster its particle engineering skills worldwide.
