Goldman Sachs Crosses Thresholds in EUROAPI

On June 6, 2025, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. announced that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of the share capital and voting rights of EUROAPI. This change was made indirectly through entities it controls. As of June 2, 2025, Goldman Sachs held 4,597,861 EUROAPI shares, representing 4.81% of the company's share capital.

This decrease is the result of an off-market sale of shares. In addition, Goldman Sachs holds 4,123,952 shares through a securities loan with a call option and 332,451 shares from swap contracts exercisable until 2035. This change is in line with the provisions of the French Commercial Code specifying the monitoring of shareholdings.
