Eurobattery Minerals AB Concludes Rights Issue with BTU Conversion

On September 19, 2025, Eurobattery Minerals AB announced the finalization of its Rights Issue, initially proposed on July 14, 2025, and approved in an Extraordinary General Meeting on August 14, 2025. The procedure has been duly registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, and the paid subscribed units (BTU) will now be converted into shares. September 23, 2025, marks the last trading day for BTU, while the shares will be reflected on respective accounts by September 29, 2025. Mangold Fondkommission AB and Foyen Advokatfirma i Sverige KB served as financial and legal advisors, respectively.
