Europlasma acquires the Fonderie de Bretagne

Europlasma, a major player in pollution control and decarbonization, has finalized the acquisition of Fonderie de Bretagne in Caudan. The approval by the Rennes Commercial Court marks a key milestone. This acquisition aims to safeguard significant industrial expertise and stimulate diversification in the defense, agriculture, and rail sectors. Jérôme Garnache-Creuillot, CEO of Europlasma, expressed his satisfaction and thanked the various supporters, including the Ministries of Industry and the Armed Forces, as well as the financial partners.
