Europlasma and the Brittany Foundry Takeover Project

The Europlasma industrial group, specializing in pollution control and decarbonization, has announced that its takeover bid for Fonderie de Bretagne, which has been in receivership since January 2025, will be reviewed by the Rennes Commercial Court on April 16, 2025. This decision could impact the publication of its 2024 annual results, initially scheduled for the end of April.

Europlasma also indicated its ability to postpone its annual accounts depending on developments in the takeover process. Investors are therefore informed that the final decision will be communicated at a later date. The company's financial situation includes financing through share subscription warrants, warning of dilution risks for existing shareholders.
