EUROPLASMA Announces the Postponement of its 2024 Financial Statements

The Europlasma industrial group has announced the postponement of the publication of its financial statements for the 2024 financial year, initially scheduled for April 30, 2025. This delay results from the recent acquisition of the assets of Fonderie de Bretagne, validated by the Rennes Commercial Court.

This operation required special attention, resulting in extensions to the accounting audits. Publication is now expected by the end of May 2025. Europlasma plans to set a new deadline for the general meeting to approve these accounts, and does not rule out the possibility of requesting a postponement beyond June 30, 2025, if necessary.

This announcement comes at a time when Europlasma recently secured financing in the form of convertible bonds.
