Europlasma convenes its shareholders for a general meeting in September 2025

Europlasma, an industrial group involved in pollution control and decarbonization, will hold an ordinary and extraordinary general meeting on September 23, 2025. This meeting will take place in Pessac and will focus on the accounts for the financial year ending December 2024, the renewal of two director mandates, and the appointment of a new auditor.

Europlasma had previously postponed the publication of its financial statements due to the acquisition of Fonderie de Bretagne, confirmed in April 2025. An ad hoc proxy will represent the defaulting shareholders at the meeting, ensuring neutral participation in the deliberations. The preparatory documents will soon be available online on the Europlasma website.
