EUROPLASMA Declares Its Voting and Share Rights as of March 31, 2026
EUROPLASMA, a company listed on Euronext GROWTH, has communicated the total number of its voting rights and shares as of March 31, 2026. In accordance with financial transparency regulations, the company has declared a total of 126,467,678 shares outstanding.
The number of theoretical voting rights, excluding those of treasury shares without voting rights, amounts to the same figure, 126,467,678. The voting rights exercisable after deprivation of the rights of treasury shares also reflect this total.
This approach is in compliance with Article L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code, highlighting EUROPLASMA's commitment to transparent communication with its shareholders and the market.
