EUROPLASMA denies false information about alleged bond financing

Europlasma, a French industrial group, formally denied the information published by the Boursier.com website on June 30, 2025 at 6:54 p.m., according to which it had contracted new bond financing. This erroneous information, since withdrawn, had been relayed by other financial media.

The group confirmed that it has only one bond contract, signed in April 2024, and is considering filing a lawsuit for disseminating false information and price manipulation. Europlasma remains committed to its pollution control and decarbonization activities.
