EUROPLASMA: Sixth mobilization of Investor Call to finance its growth
Europlasma, an industrial group specializing in pollution control and decarbonization, has announced the drawing of the eleventh tranche of its convertible bond program. This transaction involves 200 bonds, representing one million euros. The financing is part of a larger €30 million facility over 36 months, provided by Environmental Performance Financing, to support the group's growth.
The funds are earmarked for various initiatives, such as the modernization of FDB Industries to revive the Fonderie de Bretagne, and the recovery of Valdunes Industries, a manufacturer of railway components. Other projects include the development of the Forges de Tarbes and the strengthening of Europlasma's pollution control activities.
