EUROPLASMA: Total number of voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2026

The EUROPLASMA group, listed on Euronext GROWTH™, has announced the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of August 31, 2026. In accordance with regulations, the total number of shares outstanding, as well as the theoretical and exercisable voting rights, amounts to 2,197,110,468. This figure remains unchanged after taking into account treasury shares.

EUROPLASMA, founded in 1992, operates in the industrial, pollution control, and decarbonization sectors.
