The Tarbes steelworks are requesting judicial reorganization
The industrial group Europlasma, known for its pollution control and decarbonization activities, announced that its subsidiary, Les Forges de Tarbes, has filed for receivership with the Tarbes Commercial Court. This decision follows consultation with the works council.
The aim of this action is to protect the company's operations and create conditions conducive to its recovery. The court's decision is expected in the coming days.
Europlasma, founded in 1992, is active in the defense sector and contributes to environmental protection through its hazardous waste treatment solutions and alternative fuel production. The company is listed on Euronext Growth. Further information will be released following the court decision.
