Eutelsat appoints Jean-François Fallacher as Chief Executive Officer
On May 5, 2025, Eutelsat announced the appointment of Jean-François Fallacher as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2025. This decision, taken at a board meeting, is part of the post-merger momentum with OneWeb and is aligned with the objectives of IRIS2. Fallacher, formerly Executive Vice President at Orange, succeeds Eva Berneke, who played a key role in the integration of OneWeb and other major strategies.
Jean-François Fallacher, with a rich career at Orange, brings valuable expertise to Eutelsat. He takes the reins at a pivotal time to navigate a sector undergoing constant technological and geopolitical evolution. Eutelsat, for its part, expects to maintain its revenues and expects slight variations in its adjusted EBITDA margin for the year 2024-2025.
