Lazard Asset Management Crosses Thresholds at Eutelsat
Eutelsat Communications, listed on Euronext Paris, has received a notification of threshold crossing from Lazard Asset Management LLC. This American company, acting on behalf of its clients and managed funds, announced that it has crossed upwards the thresholds of 5% of Eutelsat's capital and voting rights on 30 December 2024.
Thus, Lazard now holds 23,947,507 shares, representing 5.04% of the capital and voting rights. This movement results from acquisitions made on the market from Eutelsat. In addition, Lazard also holds nearly 980,000 shares on behalf of clients, without exercising the associated voting rights.
