Provision of documents for the Eutelsat AGM

Eutelsat Communications invites its shareholders to a combined general meeting on November 20, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Preparatory documents, including the agenda and draft resolutions, are available on their website, in accordance with Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code. Shareholders may also access these documents at Eutelsat's registered office or request them in writing.

A live and recorded broadcast of the meeting will be available online, in French and English. The procedures for participation and voting are outlined in the notice of meeting published in the BALO on October 15, 2025, which is also available online.
