Evergreen Transition Half-Year Report: Liquidity Contract Stability
On January 12, 2026, Transition Evergreen published the half-year report on its liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux, dated December 31, 2025. The assets in the liquidity account remained unchanged compared to June 30, 2025, with 129,919 shares and €0.03 in cash. No buy or sell transactions were recorded in the second half of 2025.
During the first half of 2025, activity was more intense, with 313 buy transactions for 86,240 shares and 214 sell transactions for 53,533 shares. At the contract's launch, the account held 11,010 shares and €15,000 in cash. This balance sheet is consistent with the AMF's decision, renewed in 2021, regarding liquidity contracts.
