Evergreen Transition in conciliation proceedings

Transition Evergreen, an evergreen fund listed in France on Euronext Paris, recently filed for conciliation proceedings due to delays in securing financing. This approach was accepted by the Paris Economic Activities Court for a period of four months. The procedure aims to initiate amicable discussions with creditors, continue ongoing financing, and support divestment projects in the biogas, solar, and wood sectors.

At the same time, the company has postponed the publication of its 2024 results until the end of May 2025 at the latest. An ad hoc committee has been created to oversee the reconciliation. AQUA Asset Management, the fund's manager, is also experiencing difficulties. A 31.80% stake in Valporte Holding has been sold. Transition Evergreen's trading remains suspended until further notice.
