EXACOMPTA CLAIREFONTAINE: Results and Outlook for the First Half of 2026
The board of directors of EXACOMPTA CLAIREFONTAINE presented its results for the first half of 2026. Revenue reached €380.6 million, down from €393.7 million the previous year. Net income after tax was €10.062 million, compared to €6.518 million in 2025. Operating income includes a capital gain of €2.4 million in the Transformation sector.
The European paper market continues to decline, with consumption falling by 3%. Despite market overcapacity and rising costs, sales volumes remain stable. In the Converting sector, the company is maintaining its performance thanks to e-commerce and market share gains, despite weak demand.
Looking ahead, the outlook for the transformation remains cautious, with pressure on margins. Cost control and stabilizing loss-making subsidiaries remain priorities.
