Exasol AG Shows Resilient Growth in Focus Industries for H1 2025

Exasol AG reported a solid performance during the first half of 2025, with a revenue increase of 10.8%, reaching EUR 21.5 million. The boost was largely due to heightened hardware and services sales in focus industries, signaling a strategic alignment with targeted sectors. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in these focus industries rose by 28% to EUR 26.6 million, with their share of total ARR climbing to 69%.

Despite these gains, overall ARR slightly declined by 2.8% due to reduced activities in non-focus industries. Yet, the company maintained a strong liquidity position with net cash of EUR 22.2 million as of mid-year 2025. CEO Jörg Tewes emphasized the positive impact of the company’s strategic focus on industries demanding data sovereignty and compliance.

Looking ahead, Exasol anticipates a positive trajectory with expectations of ARR and revenue growing in the mid-single-digit percentage range by the year-end.
