Crossing thresholds for EXOSENS

On January 17, 2025, Exosens announced a change in the distribution of its capital. The concert formed by HLD Europe SCA, Invest Prince Henri SCA and Invest Gamma1 has crossed downwards the thresholds of 50% of the capital and voting rights of the company. This group now holds 23,278,438 shares, or 45.84% of the capital and voting rights.

This change follows a sale of shares carried out off-market on January 14, 2025. The distribution of shares is as follows: HLD Europe SCA owns 35.98%, Invest Prince Henri owns 5.74%, and Invest Gamma controls 4.12% of the shares and voting rights.
