Fabasoft AG Announces Share Buyback Program

On 29 September 2026, Fabasoft AG's Managing Board, with the Supervisory Board's approval, announced a share buyback program. The decision utilizes the authorization from the Annual General Meeting of 8 July 2026. The program allows for the purchase of treasury shares up to a total of EUR 5 million, approximately 2.8% of the company's share capital based on the current market price.

The buyback will be conducted through a bank, independently determining the timing of acquisitions. It will comply with the safe harbor provision in Art. 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, except for the repurchase purpose, which is broader. The program begins on 5 October 2026 and ends no later than 31 May 2027.
