Fabasoft AG Reports Revenue and Earnings Growth in H1 2025/2026

Fabasoft AG has announced a growth in both revenue and earnings for the first half of the fiscal year 2025/2026. The company reported sales revenue of EUR 43.6 million, marking a 2.6% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. EBITDA rose to EUR 11.1 million, with EBIT reaching EUR 7.3 million, reflecting a 10.4% increase.

Despite ongoing investments in the Fabasphere and increased personnel expenses, the company successfully increased its cash and cash equivalents to EUR 29.3 million by the end of September 2025. The recurring revenue share also grew, indicating a stronger financial foundation.

CEO Helmut Fallmann highlighted the company's ability to bolster its key earnings figures amidst an uncertain market environment. The focus will remain on enhancing marketing, sales, and customer success strategies to further elevate Fabasoft's market presence.
