Faraday Copper Reports AGM Voting Results

Faraday Copper Corp. has announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held virtually on June 18, 2025. All eight nominated directors, as listed in the Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular from May 15, were successfully elected. The directors are Russell Ball, Paul Harbidge, Randy Engel, Robert Doyle, Audra Walsh, Katherine Arnold, Alan Wilson, and Arndt Brettschneider.

The meeting also confirmed the appointment of the Company’s auditors with an approval rate of 99.70%. In total, 123,821,278 shares were voted, representing a participation of 60.25% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. The detailed results of the meeting are available on SEDAR+.
