FSDV Completes its Merger with the BMG Group

FSDV, formerly FAYENCERIES DE SARREGUEMINES, DIGOIN & VITRY LE FRANCOIS, has finalized its merger with the BMG Group, creating a group listed on Euronext Paris in the real estate sector. The general meeting, chaired by Xavier Bouton, approved several crucial resolutions, including the contribution of shares in OPUPELUS and the amendment of the company's corporate purpose.

Louis and Nicolas RAME become Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, respectively. The Supervisory Board welcomes Karine FENAL as Vice-Chairman. With 14,435,918 shares, the company is renamed FSDV and its headquarters are relocated to Chambellay.

FSDV plans to rebuild its free float by 15 to 20% over the next two years. The company, with over 300 years of industrial heritage, continues to innovate in the real estate value chain.
