Fermentalg Voting Rights and Shares as of May 31, 2025

On June 27, 2025, Fermentalg communicated essential information concerning its voting rights and shares, in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority. As of May 31, 2025, Fermentalg's share capital consisted of 96,163,922 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to 99,055,365. As for exercisable voting rights, excluding treasury shares, their total is 98,917,197.

These figures are calculated by including all shares with voting rights, even those without them, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations.
