New liquidity contract for Fermentalg with Portzamparc
On February 27, 2026, Fermentalg, a company specializing in biosolutions derived from aquatic microorganisms, transferred its liquidity contract to Portzamparc, a member of the BNP Paribas Group. This contract will begin on March 2, 2026, for an initial term of one year, renewable. It will comply with applicable regulations, including AMF Decision No. 2021-01. This partnership aims to boost Fermentalg's share price on Euronext Growth in Paris.
On the last day of the contract previously managed by Gilbert Dupont, the assets comprised 147,889 shares and a cash balance of €69,261.08. At the start of the contract, it had no shares or cash balance. The contract may be suspended or terminated under various conditions defined by the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
