Summary of the number of voting rights and shares of Fermentalg
On January 5, 2026, Fermentalg disclosed information regarding the number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with the provisions of the French Commercial Code and the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of December 31, 2025, the share capital consisted of 96,213,213 shares. These represented 99,199,756 theoretical voting rights, including treasury shares, and 99,049,060 exercisable voting rights.
This calculation is performed in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
