FIGEAC AÉRO strengthens its capabilities with the acquisition of Bodycote Sud-Ouest
FIGEAC AÉRO has announced the acquisition of Bodycote Sud-Ouest, thereby strengthening its industrial capabilities in surface treatment and special processes. This acquisition is part of the strategic initiatives defined in June 2026. It allows the group to integrate critical skills for the aerospace and defense sectors, promoting vertical integration and the ramp-up of strategic projects.
The company is positioning itself to develop a center of excellence in special processes within its new entity, FIGEAC AÉRO Cambes, its 15th production site. With this integration, it aims for growth prospects and pro forma revenue of €5 million by March 2028.
