Excel Energy: Securities Admitted to Official List
On July 30, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. These include diverse offerings from iShares VI plc and iShares II PLC. Notably, the iShares USD and GBP Overnight Rate Swap UCITS ETFs, both shares of no par value and fully paid, are listed under open-ended investment companies. Furthermore, the iShares Europe Infrastructure Builders UCITS ETF is now also listed.
Barclays Bank PLC has introduced securitised derivatives due by July 30, 2030, represented by bearer securities. Additionally, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce offers Preference Share Linked Notes, scheduled for maturity on July 30, 2031, registered in denominations starting at GBP1,000.
