FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List as of September 28, 2026. This includes various notes issued by Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A., The State of Qatar, IHG Finance LLC, and Barclays Bank PLC. Among these are securitised derivatives and debt securities with maturity dates ranging from 2029 to 2036.
Citigroup's notes are linked to preference shares and registered in GBP denominations. Qatar has issued 5.250% and 5.375% notes in USD denominations. IHG Finance LLC announced notes in EUR with different interest rates and maturity terms. Barclays Bank reveals securities due in 2031. These entries are matched with ISIN identifiers and some are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The FCA's notice highlights the importance of review in conjunction with notices from other recognized exchanges such as Aquis and Cboe Europe.
