FCA Announces Amendments to Official List of Securities
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced changes to its Official List of securities effective 25 June 2026. The notice details amendments to the securities for The Diverse Income Trust plc and AEP Plantations plc.
The Diverse Income Trust plc's Ordinary Redeemable Shares, previously listed as shares of 0.1p each, now include "A Rights" and "B Rights" with the respective ISINs of GB00BTXZ5218 and GB00BTXZ5101. Both are classified under closed-ended investment funds.
For AEP Plantations plc, the listing changes from Ordinary Shares of 25p to 2.5p each, denoted by ISIN GB00BWPD4D87, under the equity shares category.
The FCA notes that these securities are admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, with some also on Aquis Stock Exchange and Cboe Europe.
