FCA Announces Amendments to Official List Securities
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced changes to the securities listed on the Official List as of 22 May 2026. Notable issuers affected include Pineapple Power Corporation PLC and Chill Brands Group plc.
Pineapple Power Corporation PLC's ordinary shares will now reflect a nominal value change from GBP0.01 to GBP0.001, maintaining their fully paid status and trading position as equity shares within shell companies, under the ISIN GB00BD0SN947.
Chill Brands Group plc's shares undergo a similar adjustment, moving from 1p to GBP0.001, maintaining their trading status as equity shares within a transition category, transitioning to the new ISIN GB00BX017R92.
