FCA Announces New Admissions to the Official List
On December 11, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) confirmed the admission of several securities to the Official List. This listing includes various financial products from notable issuers like Blencowe Resources Plc, Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., and the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development.
Blencowe Resources Plc has listed 1,416,666 ordinary shares. Toyota Motor Finance notably listed EUR 300 million in 2.625% notes due in 2028. Invesco Physical Markets PLC and iShares offered secured gold and silver-linked certificates, contributing to the diverse suite of new listings.
