FCA Announces Removal of Bridgegate Funding plc Listing
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the removal of Bridgegate Funding plc's securities from the Official List, effective on September 10, 2026. This removal includes various classes of Mortgage Backed Floating Rate and Zero Rate Notes due in 2062, registered in denominations of GBP100,000 and multiples of GBP1,000, under both Regulation S and Rule 144A protocols.
