FCA Confirms Admission of New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. The Sage Group Plc has introduced 4.2805% Notes due March 2032, while Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has listed Preference Share Linked Notes due September 2032. BNP Paribas Issuance B.V. followed suit with Certificates relating to Redeemable Preference Shares due September 2032.

Additionally, the OPEC Fund for International Development issued 4.625% Notes due September 2029, alongside the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development with 35.00% Notes for the same year. Barclays Bank PLC and The Toronto-Dominion Bank have also included their respective securities with varied due dates.

These admissions reflect the FCA's commitment to maintaining a diverse and comprehensive securities market, catering to a range of financial needs and investment profiles.
