FCA Removes Mortimer BTL 2021-1 PLC from Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the removal of Mortimer BTL 2021-1 PLC from the Official List, effective June 23, 2026, at 08:00 GMT/BST. The removal includes several classes of notes categorized as debt and debt-like securities. These notes, due on June 21, 2053, include Class A, B, C, D, E, X1, and X2. Each is fully paid and registered in denominations of GBP100,000 and integral multiples of GBP1,000 beyond that, up to GBP199,000.
The securities were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, and possibly on other recognized investment exchanges. This action was communicated by Listings Data Management as part of routine listing management by the FCA.
