FCA Removes TREATT PLC from Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the removal of TREATT PLC's securities from the Official List, effective from July 3, 2026, at 08:00 GMT/BST. This removal includes ordinary shares of 2p each, fully paid, under the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) GB00BKS7YK08.
The removal from the Official List impacts equity shares categorized under commercial companies. Despite this removal, the securities will continue trading on the London Stock Exchange, Aquis Stock Exchange, Cboe Europe, and through the Shanghai-London Stock Connect. These exchanges are recognized as Investment Exchanges.
