Financial Conduct Authority Admits New Securities to Official List

On September 4, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. These newly listed securities represent a variety of financial instruments from major issuers.

Barclays Bank PLC has introduced two securitised derivatives. These are "Worst-of Quanto European Barrier Autocallable Equity Linked Securities" linked to a basket of equity indices, maturing on September 3, 2032.

In addition, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited has listed Floating Rate Notes due in 2027. These notes are fully paid and represented by bearer notes of GBP100,000 each.

Furthermore, the Bank of Montreal has registered Floating Rate Covered Bonds due in 2029. These bonds are denominated in EUR100,000 each, with additional increments allowed.

The FCA highlights that these securities are now traded on the London Stock Exchange, ensuring visibility and access for investors worldwide.
