Financial Conduct Authority Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List as of September 9, 2026. Among the securities admitted are those from Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. These include notes linked to preference shares due in 2032 and 2031, classified as securitised derivatives.
Natixis Structured Issuance SA has admitted structured notes linked to the FTSE 100 Index, set to mature in 2031. Additionally, KSA Ijarah Sukuk Limited has introduced both restricted and unrestricted trust certificates, with maturity dates spanning from 2031 to 2036.
Santander UK PLC and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce are also on the list with covered bonds and preference share-linked notes, respectively. Additionally, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited and Bank of Montreal have floated rate notes and senior notes.
