Financière Marjos announced a net loss of €189,688 for fiscal year 2025, compared to €209,365 in 2024. This reduction reflects rigorous cost management. The company, now under the control of Bit Digital Inc., recorded no revenue for the past fiscal year. The financial statements were audited without reservation by the statutory auditor.
On November 28, 2025, Bit Digital acquired a controlling stake in Financière Marjos, now holding 24.99% of its share capital. The company explored new strategic directions, initially focused on the treasury of digital assets in Ethereum. However, due to deteriorating market conditions, this avenue is no longer being pursued.
