FireFox Gold Corp Announces Closure of First Tranche of Private Placement

FireFox Gold Corp has successfully concluded the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $4,730,700. This was achieved by issuing 7,884,499 units at $0.60 per unit. Each unit comes with one common share and a half warrant, exercisable at $0.90 per share for three years. A second tranche is planned to close around June 18, 2026, aiming for total gross proceeds of $6.745 million.

The funds will be allocated to mineral exploration in northern Finland and general working capital. A related party transaction was noted, with directors acquiring 1,085,000 units. The transaction adheres to TSX Venture Exchange regulations, utilizing exemptions under MI 61-101.

Qualified finders received $153,682 in fees and 256,136 warrants with a three-year term. Final TSX Venture Exchange approval is pending.
