FlatexDEGIRO Extends CEO Oliver Behrens’ Contract

FlatexDEGIRO SE has announced the early extension of CEO Oliver Behrens’ board mandate. Initially set to expire in September 2027, his term now runs until March 2029. This decision aims to ensure continuity in leadership and reflects confidence in the company's performance and growth strategy.

Since assuming the role in October 2024, Behrens has led the company through significant growth, enhancing its position as Europe's leading wealth-building platform. Under his leadership, flatexDEGIRO has launched new products and services, improving operational efficiency and customer value.
