2024-2025 Financial Year: Results and Restructuring for Florentaise

Florentaise announced the closing of its financial statements for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, marked by a unanimous decision from the Board of Directors and an unqualified opinion from the auditors, despite uncertainty regarding the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Revenue amounted to €35.8 million, with a net loss of €35.5 million. These losses reflect ongoing restructuring following insolvency proceedings initiated in March 2025.

Since then, Florentaise has intensified its reorganization efforts, approved by the Nantes Commercial Court in August 2026. The consolidated accounts are still being prepared, delaying the general meeting initially scheduled for September 2026. Florentaise also announced a change within its Board of Directors with the resignation of Cécile Vacher, replaced by Emmanuel Mansanti, an experienced manager.
